PARTY WALL MATTERS
Our experience and expertise in acting as surveyors appointed under the provisions of the Party Wall Act 1996, means that we are perfectly placed to carry out all the necessary actions including serving notice to relevant parties, carrying out Schedules of Condition and Publishing Awards and acting as the surveyor for building owners and adjoining owners.
ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS
For large developments, often there are the requirements for cranes, scaffolding and other hoarding materials. By conducting a risk assessment and advising of necessary arrangements, as well as negotiating license agreements and consideration payments, we can deal with any matters regarding access for a project. This also includes compiling Schedules of Condition and overseeing the administration of any agreements. This service is available to the developers and to the neighbours of the development.
STOCK CONDITION
A ‘Stock Condition Survey’ is a detailed inspection of a home, both internally and externally; enabling social housing providers to collect information relating to the Government’s Decent Home Standard. The survey enables the local authority or housing association to assess the age and condition of each building element, to inform future improvement plans.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE & PROGRAMME OF WORKS
Project management of planned cyclical maintenance works. These works can vary widely and may entail planning applications, architectural designs, liaising with tenants and managing the tenders for the works. We are on hand to support you through the entire programme.
